1. Fulfillment & Licensing We operate as a digital storefront and brand owner for signature wine and premium cigars. We do not store, warehouse, or directly ship alcohol or tobacco products. All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped directly by our licensed manufacturing and fulfillment partners, who serve as the Seller of Record under federal (TTB & FDA) and state regulations.

2. Why Liquor & Tobacco Licenses Are Not Required Because sales and direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipments of wine and cigars are completed through our permitted partners' licensed gateways, our company operates solely in a marketing and branding capacity. All alcohol shipping permits, tobacco wholesaler/distributor licensing, age-restricted shipping protocols, and excise tax remittances are handled directly by our licensed producers.

3. Strict 21+ Age Verification (Wine & Tobacco)

• At Checkout: Customer details (Name, DOB, Address) are verified through an automated 21+ ID verification system to comply with state alcohol laws and the federal PPACT Act/FDA tobacco regulations prior to order approval.
